Who is checked, and when

nothing is checked and nothing is promised: a written proposal is not an account.
- 02Before activation
every customer and every beneficial owner passes sanctions and KYC screening.
- 03If screening does not pass
nothing is provisioned and nothing is invoiced.

The certificates belong to the building
The datacenter the racks stand in is certified, and the certificates are the operator's. We name them as the operator's, which is the only way they can honestly be named.
