It is €130 an hour when planned, 30 minutes minimum, billed in 15-minute increments, and €260 an hour otherwise, 1 hour minimum. - **Is a reboot billed?** — Yes, like any remote hands job: €130 an hour when planned, €260 otherwise. Through the BMC (IPMI) of your server you can reboot it yourself at any hour. - **Which languages does the engineer speak?** — Armenian, Russian and English everywhere; in Amsterdam the team also speaks Chinese, French and German. The chat is how server and rack customers reach the engineer on duty; before a contract, write to sales@super.am or use the form. - **Do you administer my operating system?** — No. We touch the hardware, not your operating system: installing, patching or supporting your software is not remote hands. ## Request a written quote What you need - Virtual DC - One to four units - Quarter rack - Half rack - Full rack - Private data room - Not sure yet How much: units, racks or kW - Name, company and country - E-mail or Telegram - Anything we should know - Send the request No account, no CAPTCHA wall. A refused order says so in the page's own words: - **Pick a service first** — the order has to say which of the three it is: the cloud, your own server or racks. - **A name is missing** — the written reply has to be addressed to somebody. - **An address for the reply is missing** — e-mail or Telegram. The proposal comes back in writing, so there has to be somewhere to send it. - **This page cannot complete the order** — nothing you entered is wrong: the page is missing the revision stamp the order is sent with. Your configuration stays on screen; the fault is ours and it is not something you can route around. ## The three services - Cloud - Own server - Racks ## Pages - Home - Cloud - Own server - Racks - Pricing - Support - Legal and compliance ## This page - English - Русский - Հայերեն - **Legal entity** — "SUPERCOMPUTER SYSTEMS" LLC · TIN 08331762 - **Datacenters** — carrier-neutral datacenters in the Amsterdam area. - **Warehouse** — our warehouse in the Netherlands. - **Facility certifications** — ISO 27001, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, held by the operator of the facility. - **Contact** — sales@super.am **response** Support is included in the monthly price. **client-area** Client area **client-links** - Log in - Create an account - **Compliance** — we work in full compliance with EU regulations, including sanctions law and the GDPR.
