# Your own server in Amsterdam

One machine of yours, from 1U to 4U, in a shared locked cabinet in one of our carrier-neutral
datacenters in the Amsterdam area. We buy it for you in the EU, receive the one you ship, or
rent you a machine from stock, and our engineers rack it, cable it and keep your spares on the
shelf.

## One machine, priced per U

A single machine in a shared locked cabinet, priced per U with a kWh allowance, up to about 500 W on average. Above that, a quarter rack is the format.

## Everything between the order and the rack

Buying a server is one line of the work. The rest is scoping it, sourcing it, testing it,
receiving it and writing down what arrived — and all of it is in the same monthly line.

## Two ways to hold the hardware

- **Buy it** — we source it in the EU on your behalf at the best price, and it is yours from the invoice.
- **Rent it** — a machine from our stock, on request.

**Spare on the shelf** — your spare parts on our shelf, and a swap from them on schedule, included.

## Configure it, and watch the line assemble

Three inputs, one line. Change one and the line changes with it; the hardware itself is priced in the written proposal. When the space line passes €465 a month, look at a quarter rack: it starts at €465 with 1 kW.

Each answer folds. Closed, the control reads **Show the answer**; open, it reads

- **Can you buy the servers for me?** — Yes. We source hardware in the EU on your behalf, so there is no import for you, the warranty is handled here, and the machine arrives configured and burn-in tested.
- **What is the smallest thing I can rent?** — One U in a shared locked cabinet, €149 a month with 150 kWh, one IPv4 address and a 1 Gbps port.
- **How is energy billed on 1U to 4U?** — Each format comes with a kWh allowance, and each kWh above it costs €0.50.
- **Whose machine is it?** — Yours. A dedicated-server host rents you a machine you never own; here you choose the configuration, you own the hardware, and you can take it out again.
- **Can I ship a machine I already have?** — Yes. Our warehouse in the Netherlands signs for it, we test it, photograph the serial numbers and open its asset passport before it is racked.
- **What happens when a part fails?** — Your spare is on our shelf. We swap it, close the job with a photo report, and handle the RMA with the vendor, packing and shipping included.

- **Reference number** — on screen as soon as the request is accepted, and repeated in the written reply.
- **No payment on this page** — nothing is charged and nothing is provisioned until the configuration is confirmed in writing.

A refused order says so in the page's own words:

- **Pick a service first** — the order has to say which of the three it is: the cloud, your own server or racks.
- **A name is missing** — the written reply has to be addressed to somebody.
- **An address for the reply is missing** — e-mail or Telegram. The proposal comes back in writing, so there has to be somewhere to send it.
- **This page cannot complete the order** — nothing you entered is wrong: the page is missing the revision stamp the order is sent with. Your configuration stays on screen; the fault is ours and it is not something you can route around.
