# Refund Policy

## REFUND-01 — Who and what

This policy applies to the services of super.am: the cloud, your own server and racks.

- **Who sells** — "SUPERCOMPUTER SYSTEMS" LLC, TIN 08331762, 59/6 Komitas Avenue, office 205, Yerevan 0012.
- **Currency** — a refund is paid in the currency of the payment. On the Armenian pages, prices and refunds are in AMD.
## REFUND-02 — The cloud

Refunds for the cloud

- **Billing** — by the hour, never above the monthly price.
- **Cancelling** — you may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- **First payment** — a new customer may request a full refund of the first payment within 14 days of the order. We may consider a full refund if we have not provided the service within these 14 days.
- **Resources used** — are counted pro rata and deducted from the refund.
- **Trial period** — is discussed individually and is not granted automatically.
## REFUND-03 — Your own server and racks

- **Term** — the contract runs for the agreed term or month to month.
- **Notice** — you may cancel with 30 days' written notice before the end of the term.
- **Setup and connection** — one-off fees are not refunded once the work has been done.
- **Early termination** — if you end the contract early, the current period already paid is not refunded.
- **If we cannot deliver** — if we cannot provide what you ordered, we refund everything you paid for it.
- **Hardware bought through us** — the terms are in the written proposal, and your rights under the law are not limited.
## REFUND-04 — Consumers

A consumer is a natural person who orders not for business.

- **Right of withdrawal** — under Armenian law you may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
- **If the service has started** — if you asked us to start within these 14 days, you pay pro rata for what has been provided.
- **How to tell us** — write to sales@super.am.
- **What takes priority** — this section overrides the sections on the cloud and on your own server and racks, and nothing in this policy limits your rights under the law.
## REFUND-05 — Special cases

- **Licences** — services that include licences.
- **Custom configurations** — services in a non-standard configuration.
- **Prepayment and term discounts** — prepayment of 3 months or more, and the term discounts for 12 and 36 months.

- **Third-party products** — products of other companies bought through us.
- **Breach of contract** — services used in breach of the contract.
- **Bank charges** — bank and payment charges, unless the law requires everything to be returned.

- **When** — an approved refund is paid within 14 days.
- **How** — to the original payment method, in the currency of the payment.
- **Never** — to third parties, or to a payment method other than the original one.
- **Your bank** — may need additional time to show the refund.
- **Credit note** — only if you ask for it.

- **Can I get my first cloud payment back?** — You may request it within 14 days of the order. We may consider a full refund if we have not provided the service within these 14 days.
- **Can a refund go to another person or card?** — No. Refunds go only to the original payment method.
- **Is there a free trial?** — Not automatically. A trial period is discussed individually.
