# One cloud, one limit, one invoice You buy one pool of resources and run what you like inside it: virtual machines, managed Kubernetes, database clusters, S3 buckets and load balancers. One pool. Any service. - Get a quote - Write to sales ## A datacenter you never rack - **Virtual DC** — you buy one pool of resources, not a list of virtual machines. - **What runs in it** — VMs, managed Kubernetes, managed database clusters, S3 buckets and load balancers. - **One limit, one invoice** — the account is the unit, not the workload inside it. - **vCPU** — one price for every vCPU on the account, €3.50 a month. - **Memory** — €2 a month per GB. ## One pool of resources per account You buy one pool of resources for the account: vCPU, memory and storage. What runs inside it — pods, virtual machines, databases, load balancers — is your business, and the number of them changes nothing on the invoice. - **You buy** — vCPU, memory and storage on the account, as one limit. - **You do not buy** — a licence per core, a price per pod, a price per virtual machine. - **You split it** — one limit for the whole account, shared between virtual machines, Kubernetes and databases as you like. - **Inside the limit** — virtual machines, managed Kubernetes, managed database clusters such as PostgreSQL, ClickHouse and Kafka, S3 buckets and load balancers. - **At the limit** — Nothing beyond the pool starts. The quota is checked when something is started: no throttling of what already runs and no surprise invoice. You raise the limit, and it is billed from that hour. - **Traffic** — no volume limit. The account includes an average of 300 Mbps of internet traffic, averaged over the month; from 16 vCPU, an average of 1 Gbps. Traffic inside the cloud is not counted. - **VDC-4** — 4 vCPU, 16 GB of memory, 200 GB of replicated NVMe storage and 1 IPv4 address, with 300 Mbps of traffic on average: €67 a month. - **VDC-8** — 8 vCPU, 32 GB of memory, 500 GB of replicated NVMe storage and 1 IPv4 address, with 300 Mbps of traffic on average: €140 a month. - **VDC-16** — 16 vCPU, 64 GB of memory, 1 TB of replicated NVMe storage and 2 IPv4 addresses, with 1 Gbps of traffic on average: €280 a month. - **VDC-32** — 32 vCPU, 128 GB of memory, 2 TB of replicated NVMe storage and 4 IPv4 addresses, with 1 Gbps of traffic on average: €560 a month. - **Larger pools** — Built from the same units, at the same prices. ## Size it, and watch the line assemble Five inputs, one pool. Change one and the line changes with it; a term discount comes off vCPU and memory only, in a line of its own. - **vCPU** — total on the account - **Memory** — total on the account, in gigabytes - **Storage** — total on the account, in gigabytes - **IPv4** — public addresses, one per load balancer - **Term** — monthly, 12 months or 36 months - Monthly - 12 months - 36 months | Per month | How much: units, racks or kW | Per unit | Excluding VAT | |---|---|---|---| | vCPU | 32 | Per vCPU | €112 | | Memory | 64 | Per GB of memory | €128 | | Storage | 960 | Per GB of storage | €86.40 | - **Monthly total** — the sum of the lines above, excluding VAT. Monthly total: €326.40 - **Reset the configuration** — back to the drawing board: the configuration this page opens with **how** Press minus or plus, or drag a part into the bay. ## Why this cloud - **Managed database clusters without a markup** — PostgreSQL, ClickHouse and Kafka clusters run on the pool's vCPU, memory and storage, with no separate price for the service. - **Support in the price** — support is part of the monthly price, from the team that runs the platform. - **A disk that outlives a server** — storage is replicated NVMe over the network, never a local disk. - **In the Netherlands** — the cloud runs in a datacenter in the Netherlands. - **Grows without moving** — a bigger pool is a higher limit on the same account, not a new plan and a migration. ## Next to five other clouds The same questions, put to our cloud and to five others. | What we compare | super.am | German cloud | French cloud | French developer cloud | Finnish cloud | US hyperscaler | |---|---|---|---|---|---|---| | 16 vCPU, 64 GB, 1 TB of disk and 2 IPv4, a month | €280 | about €117 shared; €314–€334 dedicated | about €390; €299 as a pool | about €303 shared; about €428 dedicated | €362 | about €804 | | Support in the price | included in the monthly price | tickets; no published response time | a first answer within 8 business hours | tickets only; 8 hours | chat around the clock; incidents within 2 hours | no technical support without a paid plan | | A managed database cluster (PostgreSQL), as a multiple of the same VM | no markup: it runs inside the pool | no such product | 2.9–4.4× | 1.5–1.96× | 1.5–2.5× | 1.84× | | Kubernetes control plane | no separate price: it runs inside the pool | no such service | €0; with an SLA €65.70 | €0; dedicated €80.30 | €0; production €60 | $73 per cluster | | Traffic | no volume limit: 300 Mbps on average per account, 1 Gbps from 16 vCPU | 20–60 TB per server, then €1 per TB | included; port speed by instance type | included, at an "up to" speed | a quota per server, then 100 Mbps | 100 GB, then $0.09 per GB | | Hard spending limit | yes: the pool is the limit | alerts only | an alert only | alerts only | none | per project, for new customers | | Datacenter in the Netherlands | yes | none | none | yes | yes | none | Figures as of 1–2 October 2026, from each provider's public price list and documentation; we check them every quarter. Closed, the control reads **Show the answer**; open, it reads **Hide the answer**. - **What am I actually paying for?** — The resources on the account: vCPU, memory and storage, as one limit. Pods and virtual machines inside that limit do not appear on the invoice. - **What is the cloud built on?** — Cozystack, an Apache-2.0 CNCF project, is the orchestrator; around it is a good deal of our own work and other open-source projects. There are no per-core platform licences. - **Is there a licence per core?** — No. You pay for vCPU, memory and storage on the account, never for a platform licence per core. - **Can the cloud bill grow by itself?** — No. Nothing beyond the pool starts. The quota is checked when something is started: no throttling of what already runs and no surprise invoice. You raise the limit, and it is billed from that hour. - **Can the cloud run on dedicated hardware?** — Yes, on request: the same cloud on hardware dedicated to you. ## Request a written quote - Name, company and country - E-mail or Telegram - What you need - Anything we should know - Send the request No account, no CAPTCHA wall. You get a reference number on screen and a written proposal. - **Reference number** — on screen as soon as the request is accepted, and repeated in the written reply. - **No payment on this page** — nothing is charged and nothing is provisioned until the configuration is confirmed in writing. A refused order says so in the page's own words: - **Pick a service first** — the order has to say which of the three it is: the cloud, your own server or racks. - **A name is missing** — the written reply has to be addressed to somebody. - **An address for the reply is missing** — e-mail or Telegram. The proposal comes back in writing, so there has to be somewhere to send it. - **This page cannot complete the order** — nothing you entered is wrong: the page is missing the revision stamp the order is sent with. Your configuration stays on screen; the fault is ours and it is not something you can route around. ## The three services - Cloud - Own server - Racks ## Pages - Home - Cloud - Own server - Racks - Pricing - Support - Legal and compliance ## This page - English - Русский - Հայերեն - **Legal entity** — "SUPERCOMPUTER SYSTEMS" LLC · TIN 08331762 - **Datacenters** — carrier-neutral datacenters in the Amsterdam area. - **Warehouse** — our warehouse in the Netherlands. - **Facility certifications** — ISO 27001, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, held by the operator of the facility. - **Contact** — sales@super.am **response** Support is included in the monthly price. **client-area** Client area **client-links** - Log in - Create an account - **Compliance** — we work in full compliance with EU regulations, including sanctions law and the GDPR.
